Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled mechanic/technician to work in our Bettendorf production facility. You will be responsible for installing. Repairing and monitoring industrial processing/production machinery and equipment. This is a mid-level position with exposure to electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and HVCA

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair industrial equipment, CNC mills, CNC lathes, forklifts, cranes, HVAC, etc.

Source replacement parts and perform repairs

Maintains an inventory of critical spares

Inspect equipment on a regular basis and submit appropriate documentation of test results and work order resolutions.

Assist with buildings and grounds maintenance, sprinkler systems, HVAC readiness, misc. plumbing and electrical activities

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

 

Experience / Skills:

Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience required

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Flexible self-starter with high attention to detail and quality

Ability to maintain accurate records

Experience operating heavy machinery

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Good communication and organizational skills

Able to keep work area clean and organized

Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

Commitment to company values.

Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills

Safety operate fork trucks and overhead cranes
