Position Summary:
Responsible for painting various sized parts in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional quality.
Responsibilities:
Paint various size and shaped parts;
Successfully complete a pulmonary function test;
Complete any necessary inspection worksheets;
Accurately utilize the company’s Business Management Software (ERP);
Maintain little to no re-work or scrap;
Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes;
Plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;
Support EH&S tasks and initiatives; and
Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Skills:
2 - 5 years’ experience spraying wet paint;
High attention to detail and quality;
Able to plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;
Able to keep work area clean and organized;
Able to lead or provide direction to peers within paint department;
Must work well under pressure; and
Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills.
Nonessential skills and experience:
Safety (OSHA STDS), ANSI (RIA) Standards.
