Position Summary: Complete all engineered tooling assembly, electrical and mechanical, part fit-up, teardown and installation while meeting company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Take initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets;
- Perform assembly of engineered tooling, including but not limited to; Assembly, hard & soft hydraulic line plumbing, part fit up and customer run-off;
- Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary;
- Uphold company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned; and
- Overnight travel required for service calls and installs.
Experience / Skills:
- High attention to detail and quality;
- Able to plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;
- Able to keep work area clean and organized;
- Able to follow directions from peers within the department;
- Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills;
- Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes;
- Technical degree in similar engineering field desired; and
- Commitment to company values.
