EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
High school, GED, Vocational High School or Technical College or equivalent experience.
1 year experience as a Service Technician I or equivalent experience
Mechanical skills to include, plumbing, assembly of small and large components and shimming
Robot skills to include ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic, Kuka, etc.. touch up and basic programming a minimum
Electrical skills to include low voltage component replacement and debug
Basic PLC knowledge and I/O to the robot a plus
Basic Faro Arm knowledge a plus
Basic Cut and Etch knowledge a plus
Basic/Intermediate Spot welding a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to the following)
Automation service technician I responsibilities and experience (TRS-129)
Communicate between tooling tech and PLC Programmers.
Set up new and refurbished cells at customer facilities.
Responsibilities for troubleshooting and maintaining plant equipment.
MIG welding knowledge
General manufacturing engineering duties, working with robotics programming
Document and organize all technical details.
Basic project management and customer control skills
Work on several projects in various stages of completion.
Robot programming basic/intermediate for touch up related to welding and material handling
Electrical installation, drawing mark ups and debug WI-43
