Build to Print Account Manager

  • Must be able to work with customers to clearly identify the scope of work in the Request for Quote (RFQ).
  • Determine processes, equipment requirements, materials, labor, and skills necessary to provide a proposal.
  • Prepare quotes/estimates on time and review with Manager, customer, and staff if needed.
  • Must be able to acquire material cost and cost for outside services for proposal.
  • Review finished jobs and analyze cost and profitability.
  • Prepare closed order analysis on projects.
  • Manage jobs daily from start to finish including shipping.
  • Process Drawings - Generate process sheets as needed for new drawings and modified drawings
  • Assist in the process of payroll for the Machine Shop and Weld Shop
  • Provided support to management team as required. 
  • Requires travel to customer sites





  • High School, GED, Vocational High School, or Technical College and training or experience as specified below. 
  • 5+ years as CNC Machinist (Mazak preferred)
  • A thorough knowledge of the Quality Program Manual & WI-31, WI-32, WI-33, WI-34, and WI-35.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience and knowledge of reading/interpreting mechanical/fabrication drawings.
  • Experience machining different types of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, plastics, elkonite, bronze and copper.
  • Good working knowledge of quality inspection methods and tools/equipment.
  • Good communication skills to communicate professionally with machine shop/fab shop personnel, management, and customers.
  • Must be self-motivator and able to work efficiently with limited supervision.
