PURPOSE: This position serves as the Subject Matter Expert on Data & Business Analytics while developing, managing and continuously improving the global metrics program for the Company.
JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Provides KPI Development by supporting and training individual departments.
- Partners with other COR Team members by Analyzing Data supporting global Projects and evaluating the companies Continuous Improvement Opportunities.
- Works with facilities to continuously promote the standardization of data reporting and increasing the integrity and comparability of data throughout the Company.
- Develops Operations Benchmarking by identifying areas of best practices and area of opportunities for improvement.
- Generates quarterly and annual metric reports for all facilities showing how each’s performance stacked up based on type of manufacturing and other relevant factors.
- Prepares annual metric reports highlighting significant operational events that had impacts on matrices. Continues to expand and grow metrics throughout all aspects of Lincoln Electric’s business.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance or comparable degree. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean/Six Sigma/Quality experience and training highly desired Candidate can work from a remote location, relocation not required
- Developed expertise with SAP, Micro Soft Office, Machine Intelligence & integration (MII), etc. Domestic and International travel required approximately 20-25% annually
- Ability to develop processes programs and initiatives that drive Value for Lincoln Electric. Previous experience with special projects and implementation
