PURPOSE: To support the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives & programs by being a key resource for Lincoln Electric facilities on EHS matters, including administration/support for EHS MS Software.



  • Administrators/Designers EHS MS Software, including QUEST.  Develops training materials and business process for EHS Modules.
  • Reviews and analyzes EHS metrics and recommends improvements, including assisting in preparing EHS reports.
  • Serves as Global Linc Corporate EHS Community administrator.
  • Facilitates the development, implementation and training of Corporate EHS Programs & Initiatives.
  • Develops & maintains a thorough knowledge of EHS regulations including:  OSHA, NFPA, EPA, etc.
  • Visits LE facilities both domestically and internationally to provide training, perform assessments and assist on implementation of EHS programs.
  • Performs accident investigations, analyze root cause and provide corrective actions.
  • Assists in evaluation of new equipment or facility improvements.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed in support of Lincoln Electric’s 2025 Strategy.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, EHS related field or Information Systems
  • Previous experience up to 5 or more years preferred
  • EHS certification helpful
  • Experience with manufacturing and/or design of equipment desirable
  • Developed computer skills including MS Office and ability to implement EHS software
  • Demonstrated verbal and writing communication skills
  • EHS Auditing experience helpful
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
