PURPOSE:  Drive the successful completion of shipping, installation and commissioning of environmental fume extraction projects to schedule and at budget.  Manage start to finish, including day-today transactions between Environmental sales specialists, Lincoln production, outside contract installers, and Environmental service in order to ensure project completion and high customer satisfaction.  Environmental Project Managers ensure that the customer build site is ready to receive equipment, and manage the installation of the central fume systems and capture devices by verifying the duct is run correctly and the controls are installed properly and ready for system commissioning.




  • Manage customer expectations during the design and build processes, through post-sale
  • Effectively coordinate internal design, engineering, application, and service teams, and communicate outward to sales teams and customer.
  • Able to understand mechanical and electrical aspects of environmental plant layout drawings.
  • Execute projects with a high-level of integrity in order to maintain project profitability
  • Be comfortable successfully negotiating customer change orders
  • Able to complete basic system trouble shooting over the phone and conduct contractor training
  • Verify basic system design such as proper air flow and filter bank size
  • Pro-Actively work with customers and contractor installers
  • Evaluate systems for quality improvements and cost reductions
  • Implement design changes and product enhancements required
  • Handles SAP Bill-of-Material duties and pre-ship system checkouts
  • Embrace being internal customer voice with uncompromising attitude toward customer service
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.




  • Degree in Bachelors of Science in Technology, Engineering or related field. 
  • Background in Electrical discipline with Auto-CAD capability is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years engineering, design, or project experience.
  • Minimum 1-5 years in customer facing role.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; as well as SAP
  • Ability to lead others and communicate cross-functionally
  • Must be highly motivated, creative and quality conscious
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization and external customers
  • Must have proven ability to work well independently, as well as part of a group
  • Ability to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
