Global Compliance Analyst

PURPOSE:   To drive the strategic process related to 3rd party due diligence procedures for company agents, distributors and vendors to ensure proper compliance with corporate policies & procedures. This role reports to Senior Manager – Compliance.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES):

  • Partner with compliance team for VeriPoint administration including but not limited to:
    • Respond to requests regarding system updates
    • Maintain approval workflows
    • Run Kroll reports when necessary
    • Identify past due agents and distributors and follow up accordingly
    • Conduct periodic VeriPoint and Kroll training for users (including preparing training materials)
    • Assist with transitioning vendor and supplier evaluation process into VeriPoint
  • Mangage  SAI Global processes (including responding to questions/requests from system administrators and employees)
  • Responsible for providing course status updates and fulfilling audit requests
  • Process invoices from 3rd party services providers (Navex, Kroll, SAI Global)
  • Particpate in investigation interviews
  • Assist in updating and maintain Corporate Compliance webpage
  • Manage the EthicsPoint administration and provide monthly hotline metrics report

 

BASIC REQUIRMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ work experience in a professional setting
  • Effective writing skills in order to communicate review / investigation findings and recommendations.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels of an organization, both international and domestic.
  • Must maintain the highest level of integrity, ethics, and objectivity.
  • Understanding of computerized information systems.  SAP experience a plus.
  • Apttitude for learning in-house system (VeriPoint)
  • Self motivated
  • Willing to travel if required both domestic and international locations, approximately, 5%
