PURPOSE: Actively lead and manage Robotic Integrator Accounts and conversions, coordinating with and providing technical support for the sales field. This includes tactical support for integrator specific applications and market intelligence for new product development.


JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Working with the sales field and Fanuc to identify specific Robotic integration target accounts, develop a conversion plan, and manage the conversion as appropriate.Also continues to manage the integrator business at signed on accounts. Also provides inventory management support to supply chain and demand planning.
  • Utilize resources in the Cleveland robotics applications lab to provide integrator support for their specific applications.
  • Coordinating with Manager to provide market intelligence and direction for development of new products.
  • Conduct robotic Integrator training via webex and in person.
  • Become an expert in robotic packages, robotic software, and systems.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering discipline strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience required.
  • 3 or more years previous experience working directly with customers; Outstanding sales skills.
  • Previous welding industry experience is required; knowledge of robotics preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-confident, and persistent.
  • Strong account and territory management skills.
  • Proficient in Computer Literature and Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to establish Sales Target by Region.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
