Leave Management Coordinator

PURPOSE: Supports the Workers' Compensation and Employee Absence Teams as well as the Human Resources Business Partners to ensure accuracy of data in PTO, Leave Management and Workers’ Compensation systems through reporting, troubleshooting and communication with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES): 

  • Create and support existing reports to interface with external vendors
  • Generate reports to reconcile inconsistencies between systems: ADP, Employee Central, Apriso etc.
  • Identify employees who are eligible for specific pay practices and update related systems
  • Subject matter expert on ADP time management system responsible for implementation of program updates and system troubleshooting for internal customers
  • Collaborate with Operations, Benefits, Medical Department, HRIS, Payroll, Employee Relations and Employee
  • Manage status letter process to include generating mailing and tracking etc. of communications
  • Act as a liaison between Human Resource Business Partners and Leave Management Team on employee status updates
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

 BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resource Management, and 2 years of relevant work experience or, 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Previous knowledge of Leave of Absence desired
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills required
  • Intermediate Excel skills, a must
  • Experience with ADP, Apriso, Success Factors / Employee Central, Third Party Leave Vendor desired
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Must be able to do general math calculations
  • Ability to make decisions without supervision preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
  • Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
