PURPOSE: The primary focus of this position is to provide on-going support and maintenance of Lincoln Electric’s Recruiting system, SuccessFactors. This position serves as a technical point of contact and a subject matter expert on everything required to support and optimize the SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.  In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess HR functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and will be considered a key partner to HR partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Review, analyze, test and implement Recruiting system upgrades, updates and enhancements.
  • Work with users to understand new requirements, research and make recommendations.
  • Manage small to medium size projects.
  • Document process and results.
  • Work with teams to review and recommend system changes.
  • May coordinate and execute mass upload of data for new acquisitions and/or new data fields.
  • May write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries.
  • Support data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • May assist in training users.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HR systems.  Continuously increase both HR Knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences.

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR or Business preferred.  Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum three years of SuccessFactors recruiting modules experience (RCM, RMB, CSB, Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0).
  • Experience with third party Recruiting tools desirable.
  • SuccessFactors accreditations desirable.
  • HR Recruiting experience highly desirable including strategies around branding and sourcing.
  • Experience managing small to medium size projects, able to plan and organize their work.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with a team.
  • Analytical, intellectually curious, active learner all desirable qualities.
