PURPOSE: Lincoln Electric is looking for an, Analyst, Digital Business Partner with a focus on Sales & Marketing Analytics who is highly motivated to use their performance driven skills and knowledge to design, develop, manage & support our digital business platforms & marketing programs as we continue to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for our customers and partners. In this role, you will work to manage and evolve customer insights and uncover campaign optimization opportunities across multiple online and offline channels, which could include paid and organic media, websites, CRM, and sales performance.


Under limited supervision, responsibilities include translation of business requirements & KPIs to actionable analytics dashboards & reports; ongoing digital marketing research & development support to ensure results are exceeding business goals; active SEO content & technical support (search engine optimization) and more. You will work cross-functionally with team members & partners to not only execute our analytics, optimization & digital campaign programs but ensure they’re exceeding business goals.  This position is responsible for providing high quality digital marketing solutions including: analytics & dashboarding; search engine marketing (SEM), A/B multi-variate testing, management of paid search, paid social & other digital media campaigns; search engine optimization, measurement & content publishing and general business support across Lincoln Electric websites and associated business applications while ensuring strategy and tactics are aligned with the brand.




  • Provide integrated performance insights to marketing strategies and tactics in support of optimization and future decision making/planning.
  • Utilize cross-channel analytics to identify opportunities & insights across the buyer journey / customer lifecycle on behalf of marketing activities.
  • Access data from multiple sources, including CRM or third-party demographics data, marketing channels, websites, marketing automation, sales information & more.
  • Build data visualizations using Tableau and other business insights dashboarding tools to demonstrate findings from your analyses in a way that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand.
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and multiple MarTech/AdTech platforms to ensure actionable data can be captured from marketing activities and campaigns across the global Lincoln Electric enterprise. Manage Google Search Console and other Google related assets including Manufacturing Center, Ads & more.
  • Support promotion/content marketing strategy development with oversight and management of paid media & digital campaign execution.
  • Provide ongoing content optimization and technical SEO improvements for web applications for maximum performance, speed and scalability. 
  • Work with manager to analyze data and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain content pages on company websites.  Support product launches and promotions by creating and/or updating product records and assets across sites to drive traffic.
  • Work with infrastructure and 3rd party technology partners along with creative and business stakeholders to build, integrate and deploy various web applications and functionality to support business goals while adhering to development and design best practices.
  • Provide project scope and timeline estimates to ensure projects are completed on budget and on time.
  • Provide troubleshooting and quality control during projects and system updates to ensure usability of the web applications.  Partner with IT to provide front-end support and troubleshooting for web projects.
  • Research, develop and propose new process improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing tools and programs (Continuous Improvement).
  • Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed in support of Lincoln Electric’s strategic plan and 2025 Strategy.



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Data/ Analytics or equivalent.  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an analytically-driven role (ex: digital campaign optimization, website analytics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise level, global organizations with successful examples of data management & analytics responsibilities.
  • Experience utilizing analytics platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI tools to analyze, visualize and present descriptive and predictive analytics findings.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate findings and recommendations with both internal stakeholders and external partners/ customers.
  • Hands on experience managing successful integrated, digital paid media campaigns (ex: Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing operations and MarTech/AdTech platform data like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Pinterest Insights, Programmatic/Digital Video, Content Management Systems (CMS) and Marketing Automation tools.
