Position Summary:  We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales and marketing team. Under general supervision, the candidate will perform various lead generation tasks, develop content, and manage multiple marketing tasks. Job tasks include all things marketing; copywriting, scriptwriting, outreach to customers, digital content creation, graphic arts, sales, and marketing document creation, social media management, trade show coordination, new product release campaigns, maintaining our resource library, trademarks, and SEO/PPC advertising, with our in-house and external resources partners.

Position responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively develops the strategy and plan, maintains and produces ROI for Digital Campaigns with General Manager and marketing resources. 
  • Manages and develops tradeshow, plan, layout, messaging, schedules and provides ROI for tradeshow performance in line with plan/budget
  • Develops, executes, and provides ROI for Sales/Customer email communications and marketing automation  
  • In collaboration with the global team, maintains website lead generation, SEO/PPC, content, assets, products, photography, and graphics.
  • Manages and develops content, creative, schedules and provides ROI for Social Media in line with plan/budget
  • Manages the Advertising plan, schedule, and ad placement
  • Executes administrative duties as necessary to ensure efficient marketing operations
  • Manages all ROI on all marketing activities and reports monthly
  • Manages and coordinates the creation of marketing communications programs and projects that effectively promote the company, its products, and its services to specific vertical market segments
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies in support of internal clients' goals
  • Responsible for coordinating tactical execution of strategies, including but not limited to collateral development, campaigns, content creation and deployment, and performance measurement
  • Acts as the pivot point between internal clients/stakeholders and execution teams (internal and external), including creative, web, public relations, social media, and influencers
  • Significant project management focus and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects are essential.
  • Abide by and actively support Lincoln Electric's Environmental Health & Safety policies, practices, and procedures to protect the environment, the conservation of natural resources, and the Health & Safety of all employees
  • Actively participate in the company, staff, or individual one-on-one meetings on an ongoing basis for effective teamwork, enhanced communication, and progressive co-operation strategies within the department and other departments across the company.
  • Continually contribute to the company's profitability and ongoing business operations by initiating, recommending, and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct any general duties, specific projects, and responsibilities as assigned or required by the General Manager in a timely and professional manner.


Essential skills and experience:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent digital marketing experience required (paid advertising, campaign management, social media); B2B marketing experience strongly preferred. Degree or diploma/certificate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or comparable discipline is preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C communications practices.
  • 1-3 years of experience with content creation SEO/PPC advertising
  • 1-3 years of experience with general marketing and lead generation skills
  • Uncompromising attitude toward safety, customer service, and quality. Understanding industrial equipment markets and distribution is a plus. Ability to work with minimum supervision and with teams in a matrix organization.
  • Seeks out and evaluates additional marketing opportunities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to visit customers, distributors, and industry tradeshows, up to 25%.
  • Ability to create high-quality content to corporate brand standards
  • Strong Adobe Suite skills (InDesign/Photoshop) required Microsoft Excel/ Project experience preferred.  
  • Constant Contact or equivalent email publication experience is preferred 
  • Familiar with organizational, web content creation and management, including analytics, search engine optimization, and online advertising programs. WordPress/ CMS Made Simple experience preferred
  • Ability to edit documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy for technical materials
  • Must be well-organized and able to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Understand the Company’s EHS Policy and how it relates to this job.
  • Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as the Company’s Plant Rules and Regulations that pertain to this job.
  • Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EHS procedures.
  • Know that the company EHS procedures are located on the ISO drive.
  • Immediately notify the Supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly, or if there are any questions regarding EHS procedures.
  • Attend required EHS training

  • Physical demands: Work is usually a mix of sedentary and walking.  Use of the telephone is extensive. In the office there is minimal reaching, bending and lifting in relationship to documents and stored records. When at a customer facility, there will be lifting, reaching, bending, dragging, pulling and carrying of parts and equipment.  This individual may have to walk long distances to reach the equipment within the customer’s facility.
  • Work environment: This individual may have to sit for long periods of time. The noise level is usually moderate. Traveling may be unplanned and immediate; hours may be irregular.


Performance standards:

  • Annual performance appraisal.
  • Attainment of annual goals established between supervisor and incumbent.


ISO-14001:  Complies with ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.  Support, implement and understand the intent of the EMS policy.  Participates with ISO-14001 as required.
