Summary of the Position: 

 

Assists Material Manager with inventory adjustments, master data processing, daily shipment processes and transportation logistics.  Enters work order postings, enters sales order shipment completions, enters customer portal shipments, and confirm purchase order receipts.  

 

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 

 

  • Post goods process for all daily shipments
  • Enter data into customer portals for ASN reports
  • Enter and complete all work order postings
  • Assist in master data changes
  • Assist in inventory adjustment data entry
  • Assist in processing intercompany orders
  • Confirm all purchase order receipts into system

 

Education and/or Experience:                                           

 

Required: Associates Degree with two year’s related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have experience with both domestic and international processes.

  6. Strong computer skills:  Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  7. Data entry accuracy
  8. Operationally independent.  Invests effort in achieving goals.  Exercises appropriate judgment when taking risks.  Approaches projects and contributes to the team performance as though operating his/her own sole proprietorship.
