PURPOSE: Actively manage and grow large sales territory; drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives; build distributor relationships to grow discretionary sales and promote your own target programs to increase share.



  • Actively manage and grow existing sales territory in Central Indiana.
  • Aggressively engage all large and medium customers to deliver Lincoln’s total value proposition to increase sales.  Develop relationships across all levels of these strategic customers.  Provide technical support, demonstrations and training where needed and where it will drive a positive sales result.  Drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives focusing on growing all products including Automation, and High Technology Products.
  • Manage the relationship and develop strategies and programs to drive sales and increase share at key distributor partners.  Provide distributor training as needed, support and promote corporate distributor programs, and create your own targeted programs to drive sales and increase share in this channel.
  • Provide End-user training support and promote Lincoln’s complete product offering to all key strategic accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Drive Educational Programs to all major technical colleges and Unions to increase product share and visibility in these facilities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering discipline strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a manufacturing discipline.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and independent.
  • Ability to relocate to the Indianapolis Area.
