PURPOSE: The selected applicant will be responsible for the protection, security, and safety of all personnel and company assets.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Effectively represent the company to all guests
• Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, monitor access points permitting entry, and respond to emergencies
• Interpret and enforce company and departmental policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Irregular work schedule required

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly motivated, quick learning, quality conscious and have the initiative to take ownership
• Good telephone, verbal and written communication skills
• Very alert and able to act calmly and decisively under stressful conditions
• Able to work well with people in all areas and levels of the company
• Able to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required
• Excellent attendance and "on time "record required
• Able to walk up to two miles per shift and climb steps
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license
