PURPOSE: The SR. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work with their business partners to execute HR strategies focused on talent including organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Position will be based in Gainesville GA.


JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)

 

  • Acts as a primary point of contact to support employees and provide counsel and guidance to internal partners across the organization.
  • Facilitates open, two-way, timely communication and collaboration, while building trust with employees and management.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and approachability for all employees.
  • Coach and mentor frontline supervisors and managers to effectively lead and develop their teams.
  • Handle personnel issues with confidentiality and respect and assists in employee relations investigations.
  • Collaborates with leadership in support of change management initiatives along with ensuring the appropriate communication of these initiative.
  • Works collaboratively with the Global HR team members to promote the consistent approach of HR practices throughout the organization.
  • Serves as primary HR contact for leaders assisting with matters related to employee relations and employee engagement, and facilitates execution of activities with corporate HR functions including Compensation, Benefits, HR systems, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers in the interpretation of policies, procedures, programs, and applications related to new regulations and laws.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions and propose to business partners.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects in support of the Company’s 2025 Higher Standard Strategy.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS

 

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications; SPHR/PHR  or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in HR/Generalist capacity within in a manufacturing company preferred. Degree & experience combination will be taken into consideration.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of HR activities,reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Legal Department as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems; SuccessFactors preferred.
