Purpose

Entry level position responsible for supporting sales efforts by performing essential duties and responsibilities, specifically taking customer calls, processing orders, assisting customers in navigating our website and coordinating and communicating with all necessary departments in order to fulfill customer expectations.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Answers calls in Customer Service phone que
• Processes orders and sample orders from Sales Team
• Issues credits/debits and returns
• Provides quotes, MSDS Sheets and Certs
• Works through cases in Sales Force
• Ability to support specific customers as directed
• Answers basic technical questions
• Processes literature requests through MyHarris
• Scans sales documentation into ERP system
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Required - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Preferred – Associates degree with two (2) years related experience and/or training.
• Customer communication skills & problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
