Hours:  3rd shift, 8pm to 6am Mondady- Thursday 

PURPOSE:  As a Receiving Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies crucial to our production processes

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Rceiving incoming shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders, and inspecting for quality and accuracy
• Record inventory data, update relevant systems, and collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to address any discrepancies or delays promptly
• Processes paperwork for vendor shipments and enters amounts received into computer.
• Receives stock from external and internal suppliers into the warehouse.
• Cross-trained in other warehouse functions.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Flexibility to work overtime if needed
• Able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Must be computer literate
• SAP experience a plus
• Can operate material handling equipment
