Network Administration, Specialist III
Location: Remote - Brazil
Function: Information Technology
Responsabilidades do trabalho
- Design, implement, and support company firewalls, rule updates, VPN configurations, and threat prevention features.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining network security policies and procedures.
- Actively contribute to research, design, and implementation of network technology (wireless, route/switch, datacenter, security, etc.) infrastructure.
- Support network-related projects, including hardware upgrades, site expansions, and security enhancements.
- Operate, maintain, and support a secure network infrastructure, utilizing industry best practices and relevant technology.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by leveraging data, end-user feedback, and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network security configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as necessary.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network capabilities.
Requisitos do trabalho
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise network security and support.
- Proven experience with Palo Alto firewalls or Prisma cloud service.
- Experience in supporting Cisco networking components.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and/or PCNSA are a plus.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and participate in after-hours support as necessary.
