Position Summary: Quote, plan, budget, manage, and document all aspects of assigned projects. Project Managers work closely with leadership to ensure project scope and direction are communicated effectively to accurately meet customer needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gather information for new potential projects from Customer’s or sales team;
  • Work with Business Development/Application Engineering team to determine solution, and quote the necessary equipment & services to execute the project;
  • Analyze plans, bill of materials, and other project documents to accurately estimate costs;
  • Perform proposal presentations and customer follow-ups;
  • Execute project setup upon receipt of order;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Successfully establish and maintain relationships with the client, stakeholders, customers and outside vendors.

 

Experience / Skills:

  • Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in robotic automation;
  • Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communications skills;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Safety (OSHA, SDS), ANSI (RIA) Standards;
  • Microsoft Office Suite;
  • ERP Software (Epicor);
  • Smartsheet Project Management Software;
  • CAD Software (Solidworks, PTC Windchill, PTC Creo); and
