Through our Development, Internship, and Cooperative Education Programs, students and recent graduates will have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to the continued success of the Company.
You’ve spent the last four or more years mastering the academic principles associated with your degree. Now it’s time to put all that knowledge to work in a practical setting, allowing you to see the true value of your education in one of our Development Programs.
Recent graduates, who have completed their degree within the previous three years, will have the opportunity to start their career with Lincoln Electric in one of our Development Programs: Engineering, Technical Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Information Technology.
