You’ve spent the last four or more years mastering the academic principles associated with your degree. Now it’s time to put all that knowledge to work in a practical setting, allowing you to see the true value of your education in one of our Development Programs.

Recent graduates, who have completed their degree within the previous three years, will have the opportunity to start their career with Lincoln Electric in one of our Development Programs: Engineering, Technical Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Information Technology.

Our Co-op Program is designed to allow students to gain practical work experience that will prepare them for a future with Lincoln Electric. This multi-semester program provides students the opportunity to work on extensive assignments.

During the summer months, students will have the opportunity to gain meaningful experiences to enhance their education while working on projects that have a real impact on the Company. We offer internship opportunities at several of our business locations. Positions will vary based on major and academic level achieved.
