As a General Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembly, set-up, programming, and validating various robotic solutions. This involves being able to successfully maintain aggressive schedules and represent the company favorably. DUTIES (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)

  • Assemble robotic systems following written work instructions
  • Perform process troubleshooting and machine adjustment in order to assist the production department with processing of quality products
  • Work well with a team and be prepared to work cross-functionally with multiple skilled trade personnel, production personnel and management
  • Streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations
  • Unbox components and prepare sub-assemblies
  • Performs special projects as assigned
  • Additional job duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug test, with little or no notice, in compliance with the law
  • Ability to pass a background check in compliance with the law

  • Critical thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Coordination: adjusting actions as a response to the actions of others
