We believe that great people are essential to our success — and we invite you to connect your vision, tenacity and problem-solving ethos to our team. Here’s what you can expect during our hiring process.
1. Search for roles
Whether you’re starting your career, expanding your skill set, taking the next step, or seeking a new challenge, we offer a wide range of roles across our global footprint. You can browse available open positions by creating a candidate profile here. We also encourage you to join our talent community to stay updated about opportunities and events at Lincoln Electric that match your interests.

2. Apply and review
Once you’ve completed your candidate profile, you can apply for any open positions that meet your interest. Use the Search bar or Featured Jobs drop-down menu on our Careers site to explore open roles. You can also click on the map to direct you to roles in your geographic area of interest. Apply for as many open positions as you wish. Still finalizing that application? Save what you’ve completed and return to it later.
Once we receive your application, we will review it and determine which next steps to take. You can check on the status of any open application at any time by logging back into your candidate profile and expanding the section titled “Jobs Applied.”

This stage may include a variety of interviews via phone, webcam, or in-person, possibly including a site tour, depending upon the role for which you’re applying. If you aren’t selected for a particular role, we encourage you to keep in touch via our talent community.

5. Hire and onboard
After you’ve accepted the offer, you’ll be contacted by the recruiter or one of our Human Resources team members to set up your start date. This stage will include an orientation and onboarding process to ensure that you’re set up for success from Day One. Congratulations, you’ve just joined Lincoln Electric!
