Our Lincoln Electric Employee Development (LEed) program is a global learning experience available to employees at all career levels, offering 200+ curated courses in wellness, business skills, technology and developer skills, productivity and collaboration tools, among others. Welding Technology & Training Center (WTTC) is an internationally recognized foundation for the development of best practices in welding education, where we offer the next generation of welders the opportunity to obtain the credentials they need to advance their careers. We provide internship and co-op programs to help rising high performing professionals hone their skills. We also offer middle and high school student programs that raise awareness about career pathways and provide experiential training. We encourage our employees around the world to partner with nonprofit organizations, donate service hours and sponsor local events. In addition, we offer a variety of gift-matching programs, product donations, and disaster relief initiatives to help address unmet needs wherever Lincoln Electric employees live and work.
