We offer Development Programs in the fields of Engineering, Technical Sales, Marketing and Finance to recent graduates who have completed their degrees within the past three years. Enjoy the opportunity to harness what you’ve learned in a dynamic, real-world setting when you begin your career at Lincoln Electric.

Current Students: Cooperative Education and Internship Programs
Current college and university students can gain hands-on work experience and get a head start on their career goals by choosing one of our student offerings. Our multi-semester Co-op Program provides students with opportunities to participate in assignments during the school year. Students can also learn on the job and contribute to impactful projects during the summer months by participating in major-specific Internship Programs calibrated to their academic level, available at a variety of Lincoln Electric locations.
