Business Development Export Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for export market development, including new products and new regions.

2. Analyze potential market and customers for better position of specific products.

3. Provide technical proposal & quotation, improve project won rate.

4, Lead commercial communication and management from proposal to PO.

5. Effect execute project under cost & margin target, risk evaluation and elimination.

6. Achieve export sale budget with the team.

7. Team work to get support from legal, finance, design/application engineer, and purchasing., etc. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or application or automation, or laser cutting etc.

Above 8-10 years' automation experience.

1) Coming from famous laser cutting industry export business development experience is preferential.

2) Coming from welding industry automation system export business development experience is preferential.

3) Sales manager or marketing development manager level, preferred overseas business experience.

Skills:

  1. Fluent English speaking and writing skill.
  2. Good communication manner with foreigner customers.
  3. Independent working ability, able to adapt to business travel and pressure, country/nationality/religion awareness, no visa rejection in the past.
  4. Positive attitude, optimistic and cheerful personality, strong self-motivated, team cooperative.
  5. Read SolidWorks or AutoCAD files on proposal purpose.
  6. Leadership ability, strong team management, team cooperation management
  7. Freight \ Tariff and so on necessary experience for export commercial abilities.
  8. Cost & Margin, on time delivery management ability on order tracking.
