Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Creates and develops strategic multiple channel Sales plans and realistic forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Builds the Lincoln Electric brand identity.
  • Develops and recommends product and geographic positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and brand awareness.
  • Ensures effective assessments of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Meets with key accounts, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Establishes sales & customers training and development goals and co-ordinates with HR assuring effective implementation of process and programs supportive of goals

Job Requirements

Have a BA degree. A MBA would be preferred.

Minimum of 10 years successful experience in a Sales management role with 100M above turnover
Mixed products sales experienceAbility to read, understand and analyze financial reports.

Ability to read, understand and analyze financial reports.

Ability to travel 60% of the time.

Logical thinking and process driven

Good knowledge for all kinds of sales channel (distribution and direct) , Key account management and industrial segments
Fluency in English, any other languages is a plus.
