Job Responsibilities

Maintaining existing and developing new business for specialty gases equipment

Researching the specialty gases market on a daily basis.

Providing product knowledge and technical support to existing distributors and end users

Developing training plans for distributors and end users

Developing yearly business plans for distributors and end users ,and submitting revised results quarterly

Building and developing successful long-term relationships with internal departments (Finance,Operations) and external customers (Distributors/Final Customers).

Building the company brand identity

Researching and analyzing market trends ,product and distribution channel information.

Maintaining and meeting the approved sales budget

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Industrial Engineering with a strong background in specialty gases area


Experience in sales or product management environment for at least 3 years

Knowledge of the specialty gases market (preferable work experience in the specialty gases market)

Sufficient level of technical knowledge

Fluency in English ;other European languages would be a plus 

Ability to travel

Interpersonal ability to represent the company in contacts with customers and building relationships with them

Competitive drive as well as creative thinking to overcome customer potential rejection
