Position Summary: Responsible for painting various sized parts in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional quality.



  • Paint various size and shaped parts;
  • Successfully complete a pulmonary function test;
  • Complete any necessary inspection worksheets;
  • Accurately utilize the company’s Business Management Software (ERP);
  • Maintain little to no re-work or scrap;
  • Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes;
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;
  • Support EH&S tasks and initiatives; and
  • Other duties as assigned.


Experience / Skills:

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience spraying wet paint;
  • High attention to detail and quality;
  • Able to plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;
  • Able to keep work area clean and organized;
  • Able to lead or provide direction to peers within paint department;
  • Must work well under pressure; and
  • Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills.


Nonessential skills and experience:

  • Safety (OSHA STDS), ANSI (RIA) Standards.
