Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical and electrical components, assemblies, and subassemblies using 3D CAD tools.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and technical documentation for manufacturing and procurement in compliance with industry standards.
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with teams from process engineering, manufacturing (sub-assembly and assembly), laboratory, service, and marketing.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure designs meet functional, cost, and quality requirements.
- Support prototype development and testing.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to company standards.
Job Requirements
- Higher technical education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), preferably from a technical university.
- Proficiency in Solid Edge (intermediate level).
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling of parts, assemblies, and subassemblies.
- Experience in preparing 2D drawings and specifications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a design engineer or similar role.
