Job Responsibilities
- Managing complex long-term projects in contact with direct industry clients
- Negotiating sales terms
- Closing sales by overcoming objections
- Ability to convincingly communicate product advantages and cost benefits to clients
- Establishing and maintaining key relationships at all levels of the client's organization
- Exploring the market for its potential, current and future clients, and their needs
- Developing long-term plans considering potential obstacles and realistic timeframes
- Providing required qualitative and quantitative information
- Developing and maintaining high cooperation with internal departments in an international organization
- Budgeting and forecasting sales
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of heavy industry segments related to metal processing
- Higher technical education, preferred fields: Welding
- Minimum 5 years of experience (supported by successes) in a project-based B2B sales role
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships
- Ability to generate sales based on projects and forecasts
- Experience working both in a team and independently
- Ability to create well-structured presentations and proposals
- Willingness to travel for business – up to 70% of working time
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
