Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
1. Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service
2. Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Job Responsibilities
- Handling orders, customer claims, transport claims, preparing shipment documents
- Collaborate with warehouse team leaders and administration to meet daily targets.
- Learn and apply basic principles of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Update system with data
Job Requirements
Education & Background
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a logistics, supply chain, or technical program.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicative English in speaking and writing
- Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
