Job Responsibilities
Defines and maintain planning and inventory parameters (re-order point, safety stock, MOQ, PDT etc.) in line with customer service level and inventory coverage targets for his/her own Product lines.
Ensures that the replenishment process of the Distribution Centers is running correctly
Maintains forecasts in the system and Drives MPS/suppliers calls
Maintains MPG (hierarchies) in the system
Manages the finish goods inventory level according to the targets
Analyses reporting to track the performance and to ask for corrective actions’ support
Works in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to:
- Review the MTO/MTS product status
- Optimise the Fade In/Out process
- Manage monthly/quarterly review of Demand and Availability
Works in collaboration with Operations/Purchasing to:
- Provide visibility on Demand and required stock levels
- Coordinate priorities with the production scheduling/supplier
- Distribute workloads to the facilities
Drives continuous improvement in service levels and inventory optimization
Job Requirements
Have Master degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or physics or mathematic.
Appropriate degree of application and process knowledge.
3-5 years of successful experience in demand planning, material management or inventory control in multinational companies
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
English fluency required
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Stress resistant
Plans and organizes
Experience on ERP systems, preferable SAP
