We are Looking for Competent proofessional who has got indepth knowledge in US Taxation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Eligible candidate is required to prepare eighty-plus Forms 5471, 8858 and 8865, including related schedules, white paper analysis, notices, and statements. 

 

  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience preparing Forms 5471, 8858 and 8865 in their entirety using OneSource Income Tax software.

 

  • Knowledge of statutory and US GAAP-based financials and the ability to apply technical tax knowledge to prepare bridges and reconciliations to arrive at US Earnings & Profits and GILTI includable income

 

  • Technical knowledge of US tax principles generally, and specifically:

 

    • E&P adjustments
    • PTEP and distribution ordering rules
    • FBC sales and service
    • Subpart F
    • Section 956
    • Sec. 861 sourcing rules
    • GILTI
    • High Tax Exception (ability to calculate for both Sub F and GILTI purposes)
    • Earnings stripping rules of 163j
    • Sections 986(c), 987 and 988 FX gain/loss calculation (based on data compiled during the Return preparation process, the technical knowledge to calculate the Sec. 987 and 988 income inclusions)

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and should have at least 3 years’ working experience in the tax function of a US firm or a US company.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience in preparing US international forms in Onesource.
  • General US GAAP accounting knowledge and fundamental US income tax knowledge.
