Job Responsibilities

The Lincoln Electric Human Resources Internship Program provides meaningful experiences that will enhance your education within the HR field. We are currently looking for multiple HR Interns to be based at our Cleveland, OH headquarters from May 12th to August 15th, 2025.  

 

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of working in the office three days a week for the duration of the internship. Some weeks may require additional days being in-person due to company events.  

 

We have projects available in the following HR functional areas: 

 

Recruitment Marketing, Communications, & Early Talent  

Have that creative side? Interest in employer branding and attracting top talent to Lincoln!? In this role, you will: 

  • Research best practices around recruitment marketing and employer branding. Help us find creative ways to attract and retain top talent!  
  • Build out internal SharePoint sites and communication strategies  
  • Map out a three-year early talent campus recruiting strategy 
  • And more!  

 

Talent Acquisition Operations & HR Technology  

Passionate for data analytics?  

In this role, you will:  

  • Improve and update our New Hire Orientation documents and processes 
  • Lead a job description and job profile builder project 
  • Help build out a new onboarding HR system internationally 
  • And more!  

 

Talent Management & Development 

Desire to help develop the next generation of Lincoln leaders!?  

In this role, you will: 

  • Gather and analyze data related to employee performance and internal mobility trends  
  • Analize skills gaps and needs for future talent matching enhancements 
  • Document current and future state processes and procedures for performance management  
  • Develop training materials and resources for performance management  
  • And more!

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field. 
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred 
  • Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis 
  • General knowledge of computer systems and programs including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Agile learning, attention to detail and a quality mindset, knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in an HR environment as well as a passion for HR and serving our employee population

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required 
  • Must be able to maintain good attendance and work overtime as needed.
