Purpose
The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organizational design, effectiveness and alignment. This role ensures that structures, roles, and processes are optimized to support business objectives, improve agility, and support sustainable scalability. The HRBP will collaborate with local and global teams to align talent strategies with organizational design principles, while fostering a high-performance culture.
Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, and recommend design changes that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify gaps in structure, spans of control, and decision-making authority; propose solutions to optimize performance.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and cultural evolution.
- Provide insights through HR analytics to guide decisions on structure, workforce optimization, and performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with global business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce strategies.
- Champion the company’s mission, values, and culture.
- Support leadership development and succession planning aligned with organizational design principles.
- Coach and mentor managers to build leadership capability and foster employee growth.
- Maintain visibility and approachability to build trust and facilitate open communication.
- Monitor engagement trends and implement action plans to create an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
- Promote consistency in HR practices while allowing for regional flexibility.
- Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as assigned.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree and HR certification (SPHR/PHR) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including organizational design and change management responsibilities.
- Proven experience in organizational design principles and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and change leadership skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors
- Ability to travel up to 20%
