PURPOSE: This position is responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service and support for the recruiting team. The incumbent in this role will deliver high quality service and will assist in advancing the Lincoln Electric recruiting brand across numerous markets and communities, while leading the administration activities through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting support and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
  • Responsible for interview scheduling, travel coordination, event scheduling, new hire paperwork and onboarding
  • Coordinate pre-employment testing including physical exams, background and drug/nicotine screens
  • Creation of offer and rejection letter correspondence
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Responsible for maintaining interviewee files and other records management duties
  • Process relocation funding requests, as well as process expense reimbursements and invoices
  • Create and distribute monthly reports for the recruiting department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree or two to five years in a recruiting or administrative role required
  • Knowledge of recruiting practices and selection procedures preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain superior relationships with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Excellent project management, written/oral communication and organizational skills
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams
  • Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable
  • and flexible
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and organized records; meticulous attention to detail required
  • Advanced computer software skills including Excel, Word & PowerPoint preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all instances required
