PURPOSE: The Senior Equal Employment Opportunity and Human Resource Compliance Analyst (EEO & HR) leads the on-going efforts towards company-wide human resource compliance.   Includes assisting with  designing and implementing Lincoln Electric’s compliance strategy in areas of human resource data management, including: overseeing the compliance of employment, recruitment, hiring, promotional, and termination practices, as well as other human resources requirements across the company. The Analyst also manages and administers Affirmative Action and EEO programs for all U.S. locations, providing guidance and assistance in accordance with regulatory guidelines.



  • Partners with multiple stakeholders and departments to coordinate, review and analyze HRIS data.  Develops and provides reporting to leaders.  Creates and recommends systems of accountability and follows-up on key performance areas related to HRIS management and compliance.
  • Complies data for the purpose of generating compliant AAP’s.
  • Maintains and monitors AAP’s for the U.S. organizations including transactional statistical data and pay equity analysis.
  • Develops a system to audit HR Programs for compliance.
  • Under the guidance of the VP, Human Resources and Legal counsel, provides advice and direction on complex regulatory and compliance requirements relative to Affirmative Actions and EEO matters.
  • Addresses and implements regulatory changes relative to Affirmative Action and EEO.  Educates and trains Human Resources and Management personnel on such matters including employee selection and pay equity.
  • Develops effective metrics and monitoring of outreach efforts in accordance with AAP results.
  • Responds and handles all activities associated with OFCCP and HR compliance evaluations and audits.
  • Coordinates the preparation and submission of all Company regulatory reports (i.e., EEO-1, VETS-4212, etc.)
  • Conducts AAP and HR audit readiness checks and recommends solutions.
  • Analyzes data and performs HR compliance analyses and provides solutions.
  • Serves as check and balance for all compliance related activities for U.S. Subsidiaries.
  • Conducts due diligence on compliance issues for potential acquisitions.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.


  • BA/BS Degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Human Resources, EEO or HR Compliance management.  High School diploma with 10 years’ experience with same disciplines will be considered.
  • Demonstrated regulatory knowledge and subject matter expertise in Affirmative Action and EEO areas, including preparation and submission of AAP’s and other government reports.
  • Prior experience participating in OFCCP audits preferred.
  • Experience with production, maintenance and submission of AAP’s, EEO and Vets reporting helpful.
  • Advanced experience with database management and Micro Soft Excel (pivot table, V- look ups), and data manipulations.
  • Demonstrated skills relating to attention to detail, problem solving, organizing and managing multiple priorities. 
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Established communication skills with ability to collaborate and consult, facilitate and provide presentations.
