EV Service Program Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Service Program Development: Develop and implement the service program for the EV Charger product line, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective
  • Process Communication: Clearly communicate service processes and offerings to the sales team and other internal stakeholders
  • Customer Support: Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries related to the EV charger service contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Act as subject matter expert in the EV
  • Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring they meet our standards and expectations.
  • Sales and Marketing Assistance: Assist with sales and marketing efforts related to the service contracts, providing necessary information and support to drive sales
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service-related activities, contracts, and communications and provide feedback to our engineering teams
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
  • Compliance: Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and industry regulations

Job Requirements

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of technical experience required, preferably in the EV charger or industrial machinery industries
  • Experience with service contracts and customer service management is highly desirable

 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Relevant work experience and demonstrated expertise in the field are highly valued
