Overview of the Program
The Human Resources Internship offers a dynamic opportunity to explore multiple HR disciplines while working in a hybrid environment (in office three days a week). You’ll gain real world experience, being immersed in meaningful projects that impact our people and culture. No matter your interest within the HR function, this internship is designed to help you grow your business acumen, expand your network, and solution for our most complex HR challenges.
Potential Projects

HR Operations: performance management, production recruiting, compliance training, drug screen policy, etc.

Talent Acquisition: onboarding, recruitment, early talent, and/or employer branding.

Talent Development & HR Technology: succession planning, HR system improvements, employee performance and mobility trends.

Total Rewards: benefits and compensation, employee recognition, etc.
Basic Qualifications

Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications

3.0 cumulative GPA preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
