PURPOSE: Drive the creation of digital catalogs available for Lincoln users for indirect purchases on Guided Buying of the SAP Business network. Promote catalogs as simple, controlled, and easier procurement process for Lincoln end users. Identify needs and coordinate with Lincoln suppliers, Lincoln Supplier Enablement team, and contracts, to add and maintain catalogs globally.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Administer catalogs in Buying and Invoicing module.
  • Responsible for validating, approving and publishing new catalogs and updates
  • Identify Lincoln spend that can be routed to Ariba catalogs.
  • Identify suppliers and coordinate with supplier enablement resources to engage suppliers and develop catalog procurement.
  • Create and load static catalogs when suppliers are unable to provide catalogs
  • Serve as a point of contact for suppliers’ questions on catalog content.
  • Coordinate with contract owners to ensure the catalog reflects the contract.
  • Interact with procurement team as commercial issues arise.
  • Coordinate resolution of catalog functionality issues with appropriate resources.
  • Reinforce catalog compliance with Suppliers and internal end users.
  • Coordinate with source to pay team during implementation and testing. 
  • Coordinate launching catalogs during cutover activities.
  • Participate in and drive catalog testing with suppliers.
  • Prepare training documents and provide end user support as needed.
  • Perform cutover activities as regions go live with Buying and Invoicing.
  • Review end user issues and support enforcing catalog compliance
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant S2P function (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, etc…) including a minimum of 3+ years’ experience.
  • SAP Ariba experience, particularly in catalog management
  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to appropriately listen and lead with influence, within a matrix organization.
  • Proven PMO/project management experience desired.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
