Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Production Assistant for our Euclid, Ohio headquarters to work 1st shift M-F. The Production Assistant will provide key support to manufacturing managers through a variety of administrative functions within the machine division.

What You Will Do
- Assist supervision with generating work schedules.
- Track and schedule department personnel for all required training.
- Maintain all Aprisio functions for the department.
- Assist with piecework postings and maintenance database entries as required
- Track PTO schedules for departmental personnel.
- Track rejections and warranty information for the department.
- Order all office supplies used in the department.
- Update merit rating scorecards and distribute to employees.
- Update Machine Division dashboard and reports as needed.
- Assist with WELD, SafeTrack and project tracking.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Perform secretarial functions for departmental supervision and other duties as required.
Required Experience
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Must have excellent people, organizational, and communication skills.
- Handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
- Must be proficient with MS Office tools and be familiar with SAP, Lotus Notes, Aprisio, or similar software.
