Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to define, stand up, and lead a global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing a standardized, scalable SIOP framework that aligns commercial, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing functions to drive improved forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer service levels.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SIOP/S&OP processes, strong leadership and change management skills, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, global manufacturing environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design & Implement SIOP Framework: Develop and deploy a comprehensive enterprise-wide SIOP process, including governance, cadence, tools, and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate alignment across commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure integrated planning and decision-making.
- Process Ownership & Maturity: Own the global SIOP process and roadmap, continuously improving maturity, adoption, and business impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with digital and analytics teams to leverage data and technology for demand planning, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts to embed SIOP into business culture, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on SIOP performance, risks, and opportunities.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or commercial planning, with at least 3 years leading SIOP/S&OP processes.
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment required.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, etc.) is a plus.
