Summary
Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Risk Management Analyst. The Senior Risk Management Analyst will build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, insurance companies, and key stakeholders across Lincoln Electric’s global businesses to facilitate effective risk management practices.

What You Will Do
• Work with brokers and various company resources around the world to manage renewal processes for different insurance coverages, including billing and allocation of premiums.
• Work with broker to establish and evaluate different coverage options including appropriate levels of self-insurance.
• Monitor, track, and report on progress of specific risk mitigation actions.
• Assist with review of business contracts to confirm sufficient insurance coverage as needed.
• Work with brokers, insurers, and the company legal team to track and manage insurance claims.
• Evaluate potential acquisition targets to make sure risks associated with the acquired business have appropriate coverage upon purchase.
• Assist with Corporate Treasury responsibilities in a backup role as needed.
• Complete other projects as required.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of insurance risk management experience. The combination of academic study and relevant experience will be considered when evaluating candidates.
• Understanding of the various lines of insurance coverage required by a multinational corporation and how these coverages are structured.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to build models within Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Project management skills to track projects to completion.
• Experience working with a captive insurance company is desirable.
