Summary
Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Content Specialist, supporting our corporate headquarters communications team. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Specialist who will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for visual content, and a knack for writing, video creation, and social media engagement. The Content Specialist will be responsible for developing content strategies and creating original content that aligns with our brand's voice and engages our target audience.

What You Will Do
- Develop and create high-quality written, visual, and video content for various digital platforms (website, blog, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Create content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content across platforms.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is relevant and innovative.
- Engage with the audience across platforms by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for maximum reach.
- Work with design, photography, and video teams to create visually appealing content.
- Conduct research to support content creation, including gathering industry insights and consumer behavior trends.
Education & Experience Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in content creation (writing, photography, video editing, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
- Strong portfolio showcasing various types of content (written, visual, video).
