Job Responsibilities

Payroll Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll: Calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and other compensation elements in compliance with Polish labor law.
  • Cooperation with external payroll providers (if applicable): Ensuring accurate and timely data exchange.
  • Monitoring working time: Including attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and vacation days.
  • Managing payroll systems: Inputting and verifying employee data in payroll software.
  • Preparing payroll reports: Monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Personnel Administration

  • Maintaining employee records: Creating, updating, and archiving personal files and employment documentation.
  • Supporting hiring processes, contract preparation, and exit formalities.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all documentation and procedures align with Polish labor law and internal policies.
  • Supporting audits: Preparing documentation and participating in internal and external HR/payroll audits.
  • Reporting and analysis: Generating HR metrics, KPIs, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
  • Support for foreign employees: Assisting with documentation for work and residence permits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Law, Administration or related.
  • At least 3 years of experience on a similar position.
  • Communicative English will be a plus.
  • Experience in working with TETA system.
  • Experience in working with other payroll software systems will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and working time regulations.
  • Good knowledge of social law and taxes. 
  • Customer orientation.
  • Good communication skills.
