Summary

Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator. In this role, the Sales Support Coordinator will manage customer order entry process per company process and procedures for both Ft. Loramie and Coldwater facilities. In addition, you will manage incoming calls and facility visitors for the Ft. Loramie location.

What You Will Do

 

  • Become familiar with company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
  • Play an active role in communicating issues that could impact customer satisfaction.
  • Enter customer orders into business systems according to company procedures.
  • Support sales and applications team in a variety of administrative tasks as required.
  • Support Project Management with customer order changes within the business system.
  • Process incoming calls.
  • Managing miscellaneous receptionist duties.
     

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years of professional experience 
  • Effective writing and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency, including spreadsheet, word processing, and project management software
  • Epicor experience preferred
