Senior Human Resources Analyst – Guarulhos (SP)
Focus on Training & Development | Strategic HR Projects | Advanced English Required
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Guarulhos. This role is key to strengthening our people strategy, with a strong emphasis on Training & Development (T&D), Organizational Development, and Recruitment & Selection.
You will collaborate with local and global HR teams, lead projects that directly influence our culture and capability-building, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes. What You Will Do
⭐ Training & Development (Primary Focus)
- Partner with business areas and HR leaders to identify development needs and build training plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training matrices, ensuring compliance with audits and internal standards.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and capability-building activities.
- Lead or participate in corporate and global T&D initiatives, presenting deliverables and participating in meetings in English.
- Track and analyze T&D indicators, preparing reports with insights and action recommendations.
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (local and global), from intake to final offer.
- Run simultaneous selection processes efficiently, meeting SLA requirements.
- Conduct active sourcing, manage talent pipelines, and identify opportunities to improve selection strategies.
Human and Organizational Development
- Support initiatives related to organizational climate, culture, leadership development, and change management.
- Collaborate on global HR and HOD projects, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
Administration & HR Operations
- Travel to other company units as needed.
- Ensure standardization of HR programs and processes across sites through visits and on-site follow-up.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related areas.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong professional experience in Training & Development, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of competency-based interviews and tools such as DISC, MBTI, or similar assessments.
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS platforms (SuccessFactors, Teams, etc.).
- Proven experience in Project Management (leading and participating with autonomy).
- Experience with Change Management methodologies (communication plans, stakeholder engagement, adoption support).
- Advanced English is mandatory for participating in global meetings, documentation, and project discussions.
Experience
- 3–5 years in HR/HOD roles.
- Experience managing recruitment for various levels.
- Hands-on experience with HR projects involving T&D, culture, organizational climate, or internal communication.
