About the Position:

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our Guarulhos unit. This role is essential to ensure excellence in Recruitment and Selection processes, as well as to support strategic initiatives in Human and Organizational Development (HOD). The position offers the opportunity to work on local and global projects, contributing to process standardization, KPI management, and implementing actions that directly impact people and organizational development.

Recruitment and Selection (R&S):

  • Conduct local and global recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment to final selection, according to defined roles.
  • Manage multiple selection processes simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and compliance with deadlines (SLAs).
  • Perform active sourcing for key positions, manage the talent pool, and propose continuous improvements in the selection process.

Human and Organizational Development (HOD):

  • Support HR coordination and leadership in identifying training and development needs with business areas.
  • Develop and monitor training matrices and ensure compliance with periodic audits, guaranteeing process accuracy.
  • Participate in corporate and global HOD projects, attending meetings and delivering tasks in English.

Administration:

  • Travel between company units.
  • Monitor T&D indicators and prepare follow-up reports.
  • Ensure standardization of programs and processes across units through visits and on-site follow-ups.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.

Additional Training

Technical Skills:

  • Solid experience in Training & Development, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and behavioral profile assessment tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI).
  • Ability to design and deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS, SuccessFactors, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong experience in Project Management (participation and leadership of projects with autonomy).
  • Experience in Change Management (communication, stakeholder management, etc.).
  • Advanced English for active participation in global processes and projects.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience across all HR/HOD subsystems.
  • Experience conducting selection processes for various hierarchical levels.
  • Experience leading HR projects focused on T&D, Organizational Climate, Culture, and Internal Communication
